Townhomes that follow your frontage
The Townhome tool builds a row of full-height, fee-simple units along a line you draw. Set the unit width and the row fills in with matching townhomes, each one running the full height of the building. Drag the row to reshape it against a street, a rear lane, or an interior drive, and the count updates as you go — a fast way to see how many units a piece of frontage can carry.

Single-family lots, filled automatically
The Single Family Homes tool is a lotting tool: subdivide a block into lots, and it drops one max-footprint house — plus a driveway out to the road — onto each lot, always sitting inside the setbacks. It's the quickest way to see how a detached-home subdivision lays out and how many units it yields, without placing a single house by hand.
